Essential oils like bergamot, chamomile ,neroli ,jasmine, peppermint, grapefruit, mandarin and lavendar can be used to provide a body massage. They can also be added to a bath. Compresses can also be used using these oils. They should always be mixed with carrier oils and should never be be consumed. They aid in reducing stress, tension, anxiety and other symptoms of post partum depression.
