The symptoms are not specific. But early diagnosis improves vital prognosis. Signs that may arise are: a gene or abdominal bloating, abdominal mass, a backache, urinary problems, constipation, abnormal vaginal bleeding, unintentional weight loss, ascites (intra abdominal liquid collection). The appearance of some of these signs will allow the physician to perform tests that will guide to the diagnosis (physical examination, blood test cancer markers, Ultrasound...)
