Milk is the best source of calcium. But for those who do not like milk too much, there are other alternatives. Yogurt, cheese and ice-cream are good sources of calcium. Collard leaves, acorn squash, lady's finger and broccoli are other sources. It is good to expose oneself to sunlight for some time in the day to increase Vitamin D. Vitamin D aids in absorption of calcium.
