Premenstrual syndrome or PMS, also called premenstrual tension is a set of physical, psychological and emotional characteristics accompanying the onset of menstruation. These signs are usually expected within two weeks before menstruation and disappear in the first days of menstruation. Experts say that all women have already experienced the SPM but only about 2 to 5 percents of them are in a real discomfort.
