It is a structure resembling a cord that is in man and is constituted mainly by the vas deferens and surrounding tissue.
It contains:
      - Arteries: testicular artery, deferential artery, cremasteric artery
      - Nerves: the nerve of Cremaster (genital branch of genitofemoral nerve), sympathetic nerves
      - The vas deferens
      - Plexus pampiniform
      - Lymphatics
      - Remnants of the process vaginalis
