• Surgery: varicocelectomy is surgical correction of varicocele with three possible approaches: inguinal (in the groin), retroperitoneal (abdominal), and infrainguinal or subinguinal (below the groin)
• Embolization of veins at the origin of the dilatation that is to say, creating a barrier to prevent excessive pressure from the abdominal veins into the scrotum.
• Both methods can be used at the same time because they can complement each other.
